PAUL SINHA

Paul “Sinnerman” Sinha is best known for his regular appearances on ITV1’s The Chase, but when he’s not quizzing his first love is stand up comedy. He’s an international stand up comic of many years standing, having performed in all major comedy clubs in the UK, as well as China, Auckland, Singapore, the Middle East, South Africa, Netherlands and Germany.

Paul’s second full length solo show “Saint or Sinha” received widespread critical acclaim at the 2006 Edinburgh Fringe Festival and was nominated for the if.comedy award (formerly the Perrier).

"Sinha's wonderfully uncluttered one-liners are delivered with the crisp clarity of cut glass, but, crucially, his set retains an engaging warmth. He doesn't so much walk the line between controversy and outrage as use it for a skipping rope.Highly original." Metro, June 2005

"Universal anecdotes as warmly delivered as you would find anywhere........its a pleasure listening to him" - Steve Bennett, Chortle

"His confidence on stage was excellent and his talent for adlibbing and summoning gags off the cuff were very funny" - BBC Online

"Wonderfully inventive and intelligent" - Evening Standard

"One of the most consistently funny acts on the circuit today" - The Last Laugh Comedy Club

SOL BERNSTEIN

Superb character comedy.

The legend that is Sol Bernstein escaped the Pogroms in Russia, the Nazis in Germany, and went on to become the World's 1st all-round entertainer. He's a song and dance man, a comedian, a magician, an actor, a Jazz musician (Sol was rated "BEST TRIANGLE" player in the USA in the 50's by performers like Louis Armstrong and Duke Ellington ). Also rated the best impersonator EVER !!

He's performed all over the world at venues including The London Palladium, New York's Carnegie Hall, The Paris Olympia, Caesars Palace Las Vegas, and Scunthorpe Baths, but it's at night clubs where Sol really comes to life. His charisma, his style, his catch phrase "why don't you put on a tie" his chutzpah, put it all together and you see the magic that is Sol Bernstein.

He's the man who helped the career's of Elvis Presley. Marcel Marceau (and never even got a "Thank you") and even the Beatles were influenced. He's worked with, and been friends with, some of the world’s GREATEST performers, Elvis, Judy Garland, The Rat Pack, Lenny Bruce, Jack Benny, George Burns, Milton Berle, Doris Day, Tommy Cooper, Eric Morecambe, Eddie Large.

Most young performers will mention Sol B as a major influence. A major influence to do what, we aren't sure, but an influence never the less!

" One part Alf Garnett, two parts Mel Brooks, and three parts like nothing you've ever heard" The Guardian

"An instantly winning creation" Evening Standard

"No age barrier to comic genius" Edinburgh Evening News

"Bernstein's the real deal, you'd better believe it" The Scotsman

QUINCY

Award-winning comedian, Quincy, is a huge personality - he's a stand-up, presenter, writer, actor and host with appearances on Comedy Central's Comedy Blue, MTV's Comedy Funhouse, and BBC Radio 4 Extra's Comedy On The Boat. His live comedy work regularly takes him as far afield as Dubai, Mumbai and Singapore.

He has written and performed two narrative comedy hours in Edinburgh and as well as performing comedy at all the major UK comedy clubs, Quincy tours in large-scale venues in sketch shows and mixed bill comedy line-ups.

His own show Quincy's Comedy Lounge is a regular sellout at Stratford Circus and is about to transfer to The Bloomsbury. He supported Gina Yashere and currently has a sitcom and comedy drama in development.
