orbs
£80 a time, they would make a fortune if they went to Darnall, fags, guzzling beer and gobbing outside the polish shop, and betting shops, yuck
Squiggs
People with medical problems could carry plastic containers for their condition. Poppet, genuine question do you mean for peeing? the only reason I ask & it's not a bad idea, is that some over zealous copper could still nick someone, as technically its still peeing in the street & exposing yourself. As I say it is a good idea. How would using the new temporary "pee pod" urinals be classed http://www.elliottuk.com/sitefiles/elliottuk/styles/700_slide/public/urinal_slide1_0.jpg
Redyam
Are they going to fine dog owners for letting their dog urinate in public too? Dog pee is just as disgusting as human pee.

Parvo
Good thing too................. Spitting is not just gross - sputum carries TB TB is on the rise, spitting needs to be unacceptable, for all our healths sake.
Bypassblade
While spitting is not nice to see, the kids of today think its okay as all they see is the Premiership heroes or just local ones, gobbing all over the pitch
Anna B
Do something wrong in a car like park in the wrong place and the law is all over you with fines etc. Do something wrong on the pavement and there's hardly any chance of getting caught / retribution. Why not apply the same zealous enthusiasm to clobbering both? Spitting, urinating, drunk and disorderly, indecency, unsociable behaviour, swearing, litter dropping etc.... slap fines on 'em all. Surely the council are missing a moneymaking trick here, and at least our streets will be civilized again...
melthebell
anyway I thought there already was laws against spitting on the pavement, not edge of the road and also piddling in public?
