Where can I buy herbs in larger quantities

Does anyone know where I can buy basil and oregano in larger quantities, those piddling little pots go nowhere. I am sure Morrisons used to sell them in larger bag, think they were called EastEnd but the last time I went in I couldnt find them.

If you mean dried herbs Makro have large tubs .

Thank you autumn, I use loads of these so the little glass pots are a drop in the ocean and expensive too, will try Makro.

if you want dried herbs try any of the ethnic supermarkets there is a large one on London road opposite the Cremone pub they are loads cheaper than makro or supermarkets, have a vast range and come in big jars or bags

Fresh basil and oregano is much more tasty. Maybe you'd need less of it?

Basil is very easy to grow from seed. I am not sure about oregano though. It won't help short-term but might save money in future.

I think its called Ozmans you go in there start looking round and hours pass like seconds its a good place to get things you just dont find elsewhere,i highly recomend their bread all baked on the premises.

That place is like Mecca (in a good way). Those freshly baked breads are not only delicious but are also huge and cheap and I love browsing through the vegetable section. Half of the things there I wouldn't know what to do with though!
