Scozzie
Um............ If they didn't have the air filling up the packet, they'd all be broken. If they didn't have the air, then you'd be asking why do we get a packet full of crumbs.

francypants
I never buy multi-packs because they are the worst value, just bags of air. You pay more for single packs but at least you do get something in the packet. I don't like Pringles though as they're not proper crisps, just reconstituted potato, give me Seabrookes every time. Lockjaw
Sorry to spoil the party but unopened crisp packets don't contain air. I suspect, also, that the amount of product inside the packet is pretty much as stated on the front thereof.
pennypie
Walkers are the worst culprit, try Seabrookes or mcoys. Mccoys are the best crisps. Proper, hearty crisps.
Snapshot
I almost never buy crisps. Very occasionally I'll have a bag of cheese and onion to accompany a pint of beer. I can't recall ever having just six in a packet. Maybe you're just spectacularly unlucky. These ones avarage 13 crisps in a packet.. http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2012/10/04/deep-ridge-crisps-walkers-half-empty-bbc-watchdog_n_1938420.html

JFKvsNixon
Isn't the contents of the crisp packet measure in weight?

1960boy
Damn shame. Pringles are the best, you open the tube and its actually full of crisps. It's a modern day miracle.
