Johnsworld Posted February 18, 2013 Share Posted February 18, 2013 Has anyone any knowledge of a cobblers that once stood in the area on West Bar where the police station recently stood? My memory of it is from about 1959/60. My uncle took me with him to pick up a pair of shoes, the area around it was barren as most of the area had been demolished, either as a result of the war or urban renewal.
