Holmesie1
Just discovered this shop has closed, taking all stock with them. Not too happy as they have 3 furs of mine that I have yet to be paid for. Has this happened to anyone else?
Waldo
Sounds like theft, have you contacted the police?
Holmesie1
Have been in touch with the police and am informed it is a civil matter. They suggested contacting Trading Standards.
Riche
Just discovered this shop has closed, taking all stock with them. If there not then sorry for your loss.
big_g
How did you pay for them? Were the furs in the shop when you ordered them? If they were and labelled up then they are yours. If the shop had to order them in - then you may have lost your money. However, if you paid on credit such as on a credit card - you may have a claim against the credit card company. Oh, the above is law from a business course from many years ago - but I don't think that it will have changed that much. Citizens Advice Bureau is probably your friend in a case like this.
