zanna
Hi Guys... I have horrendous tiles in my kitchen which i cant afford to replace at present. I have some beautiful paint left over from Farrow and Ball, in estate eggshell finish and some wood and metal primer which we used on our gate and drain pipe. Could this be used on the ceramic tiles in the kitchen do you think? its hardy and weather proof!?? Thanks
jdamarine
Give the tiles a coat of zinsser primer first. Then go over the top with your farrow and ball paint
dennisgwild
you might get a better finish using a mini roller (3ins)
p-and-d
Use dulux 2 part supergrip primer 1st. Not cheap

Crosser
Pertinant question... Do you want the tiles just to be a different colour, or do you want rid of the tiles? If it was the latter, I'd (carefully) prize them from the wall, fix and level any damage underneath (usually little if you are careful) with filler, and then repaint the wall with the paint you have.
