A person intent on mass murder could lace the drinks with a deadly poison at some social gathering or if working in a restaurant kitchen do the same. A maniac on a crowded underground train platrform could charge a few unsuspecting people standing on the edge and knock them onto the tracks in front of an approaching train. No guns might make their mission more difficult but there's always a way around it for a nutter to do the deed if he's really determined to carry it out those you mention above didnt just flip tho, they were pre meditated, they didnt just throw the toys out the pram, grab a gun and go on a rampage as for the train throwing, how many do you think would fall before people caught on, grabbed him, shot him? far less than shot with a gun?
