Here goes:- "I am getting the letter E, and I can feel somehting in my chest, has anyone in your family who has passed over had a bad chest, or maybe a heart problem and begins with E? ..... etc etc". Of course I might be cynical and they might write down important dates from your life and secret passwords known only to you and the dead person. Alternatively they might use some clever magicians techniques to draw answers from you in a way that makes you think they are genuine.
