convert Posted February 23, 2013 Share Posted February 23, 2013 Shiny. 4 previous owners in 7 years! The reliability issues put me off TVR, that and the fact that they went bust. I've had my TVR for nearly 7 years now. Never has it failed to get me home (touches something wooden VERY quickly). It never fails to put a smile on my face, except at the petrol station If anyone wants to see (and hear) a very large gathering of TVRs head over to Chatsworth House on the 28th April (Sunday) Top Gear is a lads mag of a TV show, just 3 guys 'messing' about. It's great entertainment, but they do need to come up with some new ideas; I'm not saying totally change the format, just freshen it up a bit. If I had a play car, I might have a TVR, but since my car has to be fun and also start every morning to take me to work it rules them out (in my judgement). And the less said about driving a car on the public highway with a deliberately modified mis-reading speedo, and driving while clapping the better! I think this week's has a Range Rover review and then it's a two part Africa special with previously-owned estate cars.
