Dromedary Posted February 27, 2013 Share Posted February 27, 2013 you cannot eat junk food and be fit and healthy, Yes you can as like in most foods its about the amount consumed as I could eat a several junk food meals a week and still be healthy, and the same goes for trans fats, butter, lard etc. Its over consumption of those foods that is bad and not the food itself. Someone on another thread said that processed food contained crap and yet when you look at the ingredients its far from true. As you have already said, its about diet.
