The reason for this is that a few years ago I was knocked down by a car and my right leg was mangled, is the best way to describe it. When I went via the ambulance to A and E, I could just make out the conversation from behind the barrier and it went,as follows. Person 1. The best thing here is amputation. I think he meant the easiest. Person 2. If we do, it will have to be above the knee. The nurse with my notes. You do realize he is still working ?
