denlin
Go to pug parts at Rotherham - they will sort you out and fit radio for you.
alchresearch
If its a fairly decent modern branded radio you can get a stalk adapter that will allow the control to be used. Search for CONNECTS2. I've fitted one to my 306 and aftermarket Sony: http://www.connects2.co.uk/ProductInformation.aspx?id=10695 Prices are about £35 on Ebay, much more at Halfords. Put this code into an Ebay search: CTSPG004.2 and then just select the brand of stereo you've fitted.
