Thorpist
In particular I am thinking of Carlos Tevez the footballer who has been charged after allegedly driving after a disqualification. If found guilty and given a custodial sentence should he be deported? Eu subjects have to have a sentence of 2years and over before they are evicted

wednesday1
The Tevez affair that cost the Blades their Premiership status was a long time ago now, just let it rest!
Jim Hardie
In particular I am thinking of Carlos Tevez the footballer who has been charged after allegedly driving after a disqualification. If found guilty and given a custodial sentence should he be deported? Eu subjects have to have a sentence of 2years and over before they are evicted Why would he get a custodial sentence? There are cases where toe rags have done the same thing time and time again before they eventually get put where they deserve.

WeX
Simple answer, yes. Why should we keep foreign criminals when we have enough trouble with our own home grow versions. We should be like America when it comes to criminal convictions.

Thorpist
Perhaps I am naive in thinking that all the foriegn murders and rapists are kicked out at the end of their sentence. It was more of just wondering how much more we accept rich people have contempt for rules. Not being a footy fan it never crossed my mind about him playing for the Blades.
