You loved us fed us made us safe, who would think now you would leave us. Now you're gone, and you're at rest; did you know, you were the best. The angels came & closed your eyes. we never said proper goodbyes. You were number 1 & the best, close your eyes & enjoy your rest. This is for my mum, who, I adored who sadly passed away yesterday. My mum passed away 10 years ago and I miss her every day wanting to share with her my happy and troubled times, she was not only my mum but my best friend. So sorry - I know it's the true order of things but heck, you only have one Mom, and if she was as much beloved as you loved yours it's even harder to say Goodbye.
