Mum no, you'll not be forgot

Recommended Posts

Sorry for your loss Pete. My mum died five years ago, I was very fortunate I had time to say goodbye and I'm really sorry that you didn't.

Remember her and her little ways and smile (you'll never forget of course) and maybe once a year on her Birthday celebrate your Mum in whatever way you think suitable (and that makes you feel happy and brings back nice memories)

Time heals - probably might not seem like that right now though.

So sorry to hear of your loss. It's over 30 years since my mom passed but sometimes on here, I read things in "her" voice. Time does heal but you'll never forget.

Unsure how to post this, so I'm putting it here,

Mum, you were there when we were small, you picked us up, should we fall.

You loved us fed us made us safe, who would think now you would leave us.

Now you're gone, and you're at rest; did you know, you were the best.

The angels came & closed your eyes. we never said proper goodbyes.

You were number 1 & the best, close your eyes & enjoy your rest.

This is for my mum, who, I adored who sadly passed away yesterday.

Love Pete xxx

Sorry m8 I have only just seen this I didn't realise you meant this earlier.

Thinking of you fella.
