I think no, his conviction for killing the poor guy on the M1 of which he only served 16 days! He was convicted of dangerous driving for sending texts while driving, two minutes before he hit someone on the M1. The judge said there was nothing he could have done to avoid hitting the man. He should be kicked out of the Lords for his comments but I don't think there is legislation for this to happen. There are already 3 or 4 Lords who have served over a year in prison who remain there.
