Osborne would be proud of them. UKIP want a flat rate of income tax at 25 per cent with a personal allowance of £13,000, non-working parents to transfer their tax allowance to a working spouse. EDL leader Tommy Robinson has thrown his weight behind UKIP while still wearing a tag for immigration offences. Looks good to me. How are they planning on paying for it? Any party can promise attractive policies, if they haven't got a reasonable plan to pay for them the promises meaningless.
