mbarret Posted March 17, 2013 Share Posted March 17, 2013 i have recently submitted a ticket to helpdesk, i cant seem to find any link in my profile to the ticket i submitted, or its progress. i have tried to search the forum for help in this matter, but cant find anything helpfull. could someone please point me in the right direction.
