Why do you think insurance premiums go up year after year for everyone else ? Answer: Its the younger drivers who are more prone to be involved / cause accidents than any other age group. Give them their first car and soon after the base ball cap goes on, vehicle is modified to increase both looks and speed, drivers window down with music blasting out.....they race around like its brands Hatch.
