What things are you old enough to remember?

......I can remember when I was in the Childrens hospital, visiting was once a week on a Sunday, one parent at a time, if you were asleep......tough. That was 63 years ago.

I remember the twisted girders where C&A was built.

I remember the footbridge from Exchange Street to the fish market(I think)

What about the range of boys shoes from Clark's called COMMNADOS

they had a small compass in the heal, and animal foot prints on the soles god seems years ago.

Yep,I had a pair of those shoes..I remember jubblies,weren't they those triangle shaped ice-pops? I remember fake cigarettes ..they looked like cigs but you blew them and some fine white powder came out of a small hole in the end and it looked like smoke (I'm fairly certain I remember them anyway)
