Indoor and Outdoor Fitness Session - Bannerdale Centre, Millhouses

This class will start on the 11th April, 7pm to 8pm and run every Thursday.

 

Session to run indoors in wet weather and during dry weather we will be outside, the itinery of the sessions will be

 

  • Warm up/gentle jog + gentle exercises
  • Exercises to target/tone the legs
  • Abdominal Workouts - 5 seperate stomach exercises
  • Shuttle running
  • More Abdominal Work - another 5 stomach exercises
  • Punching the focus mitts and other fitness work done with a partner
  • Circuit Training - to consist of common favourites pressups, situps, squats, crunches, skipping etc.....
