I had expected better of you however, to my disappointment. The simple fact is that your are mistaken. Where you get the idea of a maximum of £10 from, I have no idea. The Rules on Fees for accessing personal records from the NHS are very clear and they start at £10 and go to a maximum of £50. I am not aware of any legislation?, which you seem to imply, that contradicts this. None of which is really relevant to the OP., who needs to know that they are entitled to the information that they seek and that they can expect to be charged between £10 and £50.
