MOT/Pre-servicing questions..

Recommended Posts

I can do a full proper Lexia3 (Peugeot) diagnostic and visual check on Sunday for £25 if you want. I'm a freelance Peugeot-only diagnostics engineer for the North West and know Pugs inside out, especially the 307. I'll be over seeing the folks on Sunday.

£150 for a pre-test is a joke. You could get it MOTed and have the garage repair the faults for that price!

You said in another thread that yer brother does all that. Make yer mind up

Maybe you should look at the date of my post: 22-03-2013.

Since that time I've invested in the equipment and training for my brother.

Want me to invest in some training for you to read?

Huh? Read here > http://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=1290485

Second paragraph. You clearly state it is your brother

Yeah, that's from tonight.

You quoted this:

which was posted last year, before my brother was doing my diagnostics.

Do you not know which year it is?

Tx, where can I buy a oil filter and an air filter from?, I have read a good air filter makes a lot of difference.

If you've not done many miles you'll probably only need an oil change.

Give the car a really good run in 4th gear on the motorway if its just been used for pootling round town, maybe pop in a bottle of redex into a tank of fuel.

I don't think I've done more than about 3000 miles, if that, will I still need a oil change from last march?
