Stray cat - I think

Does anybody own a stocky all ginger tom cat around bottom end of Colley road/ Hillside area as we have had one hanging around for about two weeks, my cat flap is open during day and he has been coming in and eating my cats food so I have been putting some down for him. Today I have discovered due to the snow that he has taken up residence in the old dog kennel on the back yard. There is bedding in there and its completely waterproof. He is not feral but is very skittish and runs when he sees anybody but not as nervous as he was and this morning he actually stayed in house while I was talking to him
