Returns to Amazon.co.uk

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I've marked an order to be returned, because it missed the delivery date (payed for next day delivery). My item has still not arrived...

Should I just refuse to accept and sign-for it, when it finally does arriver. Or, should I sign, and then return the package myself to Amazon?

Do either or, it will take longer to get back to Amazon and get your refund if you refuse it though.

Thanks Supertramp. I just asked Amazon and they say just refuse it. Which I think I'll do, as it saves the time to process the labels and deliver it to their collect+ location..

Yeah true, it is the easier option. Think it just takes longer as the courier just leave it at their depot for a while the same as if there was no one in. ( I think anyway, mine took about 9 days to get back to Amazon)
