Guest busdriver1
So you were comparing a letter service with a delivery man, delivering millions of letters for a small fee to a high charging(in comparison) company that handles a fraction of the others product(both in volume and type). Now if you were comparing Parcelforce with DHL for instance i could understand the complaints. Ask the parcel carrier to deliver your letters for 50p. My point was about parcels only. Who sends letters these days?
Chez2
My point was about parcels only. Who sends letters these days? Businesses send leters. Not all of them have worked out how to send electronic invoices and statements. Some still even send cheques in the post!
Jeffrey Shaw
Who sends letters these days? As post #72; the only way to send hard-copy items is by post. You can't e-mail or fax real things!

SportsTrophy
It is probably worth investing an hour into royal mail claims for damages now packaging has to be reduced. It could be worth the time but inconvenience customers.
