It certainly did , but with the new threat of the extremists seemingly hellbent on killing and butchering innocent people I think the time is right to reintroduce it as a fitting punishment to these vile evil people . Killing innocent people , and injecting these vile creatures with some lethal concoction to ensure they never breath the same air as decent people is entirely different as you know . The usual objections to the death penalty aside these people WANT to die for their cause. They want to be martyrs, so why give them what they want?
