SheffGirl30 Posted February 4, 2006 Share Posted February 4, 2006 Anyone know of any film clubs in Sheffield? Or is anyone interested in starting one? Preferably to UGC and Showroom? Code13 Posted February 6, 2006 Share Posted February 6, 2006 The Showroom does film studies classes, which basically consist of going to a film one week and the next week discussing it and clips from other films. I went to a series of classes on Australian film for example. They also do "sofa sessions" where there is a discussion after a film lead by a lecturer. I have recently moved to Sheffield and watching movies is one of my favorite ways to spend evenings.
