metalman
Knock on the door and ask? Any sort of online thing like 192.com is going to require a subscription.

Cheers Your local library has the electoral roll, which provided that they have registered, will have their names, and its free to look at. You cannot take it away. El Cid
It will be split up into voting areas ---------- Post added 15-04-2013 at 10:42 ---------- and then in street order, but not always easy to find
max
It will be split up into voting areas ---------- Post added 15-04-2013 at 10:42 ---------- and then in street order, but not always easy to find There's a map on the council's website showing the polling stations which will give the polling district covered by that station. Armed with that you can easily find a property in the electoral roll as each street within a district is listed alphabetically.
Jeffrey Shaw
You can find out who owns it, for £3: https://eservices.landregistry.gov.uk/www/wps/portal/!ut/p/b1/04_Sj9CPykssy0xPLMnMz0vMAfGjzOKNjSxMDA1NjDwsjM3MDTxN3dyNDUNMjQ1MjPWDU_P0C7IdFQG9k5Tz/
El Cid
You can find out who owns it, for £3: Just tried my home address Sorry, we do not have a record of any titles for this property. This does not necessarily mean that the property is unregistered.
Jeffrey Shaw
It means either that your house's ownership is not yet registered at HMLR OR that the HMLR address format does not recognise yours. Example: if your house was described as 'plot 39' when the developer built/sold it, the postal address might not yet be logged. You can make sure by using a hard-copy form SIM [search fee £4]; that also involves HMLR looking at index map plans, so it's more accurate. phawley
Thanks for that I'll give some of them a try, I know the guys first name but I need his surname for an invoice. Knocking on the door is not an option as it is an apartment and he works away a lot.
