No vehicles allowed on the roads in the neighbourhoods concerned and businesses ordered to close and residents told to stay at home. Hopefully they will get his guy soon before he can kill again. His mother is a white American, his father is an Indian businessman. Looking at the photos light skinned is the most accurate description for ID purposes(which is all that matters other than for those who seek to make political capital out of events like these.) I think these 2 guys are being used as scapegoats and have nothing to do with it. Also putting Boston on lock down is way OTT, and they wonder why there are shootings at American schools go figures.
