If you want to get on your high horse about it then creating your own entirely unfounded account of how it came to be that the names ended up getting picked up by the scanners is an odd way of doing it. The names were from the police radio, they were also wrong. I asked you had the names been confirmed. You answered they came from the police radio. I pointed out how that isn't confirmation. So you think that guys with backpacks are suspicious, why? There will be thousands of people with backpacks. Why are these ones suspicious? Because they are black, how scary? Why are they so important and more so than the backpacks that where left and exploded?
