smithy266
When the soap gets too worn, do you save the slithers up and scrunch them into one big lump, or do you simply bin them?
Jason Bourne
When the slithers are too small to wash with, I bin them. What do you do? Keep multi-coloured slithers and make art out of them?
PeteMorris
Errrrm...I thought a slither was something from a 1970's horror movie However a sliver of soap is a different matter...just bin fodder in my house. Why don't women use soap? That's always puzzled me!

Mr Bloke
You're bound to find one sooner or later on here Mr B....good morning btw Good moaning to you too! Anyway, I've got a question for the forum boffins! Why is it that when the soap 'slither' (I think I prefer that ) gets too small it no longer lathers? And is there an optimum size at which the bar of soap becomes a 'slither'? (OK that was two questions...)

Having received the best advice the forum can offer, I can now safely dispose of my Imperial Leather (other brands are available) 'slithers' without fear of being regarded wasteful by Mrs B. smithy266
Yep, but it spoils the shape of the new bar. See what you mean though. I wondered about using MrsSmithy266's cheese grater and her beefburger presser, but thought that might be a tad OTT.
