shand1 Posted April 16, 2013 Share Posted April 16, 2013 Over the last couple of week, or so i have been bombarded by daily calls from National Accident helpline. On each occasion i've told these people i've not had any accident of any kind & not to call me again. I've just had another call from the foreign call centre by someone calling himself Malcom Smith (who had an asian accent), on this occasion i told him that he should not be calling my number as i was ex-directory & on the TPS register, his reply was to ignore me & just kept on reading from his prepared script. I then asked him several times,where he had got my number from. After the third time of asking, he told me to F*** Off & then hung up ! As it appears to be rather dificult to make a complaint against foreign call centres, i would like to know if anyone has had any success blocking these calls ?
