Midland Players are looking for prospective directors for our Autumn production, when our production week starts on Sunday October 27th, with performances 30th-2nd November. We are looking for volunteers to direct, ideally with proposals for a play/plays that you are interested in directing. In return we can offer an experienced company both on and back stage and a good production budget. If you are interested or want to know more please contact chairman@midlandplayers.co.uk. Please send bids with any suggested plays by 28th April. Once bids are in we will choose a selection of the suggested plays from across the directors to read during May, and we would then expect to audition and cast in June. We are open to consider all sorts of plays and experienced and new directors alike. So if there's a play you have always wanted to put on, then this could be your chance!
