Personally I think it's far better than pointless arguing that goes on in some of the other...shall we say...more gladiatorial threads. I would imagine being stuck on a till for however many hours a day, it makes the day go quicker if you chat with folks...it must be mind numbingly boring...I'll always have a chat!
