Does crime pay??

Recommended Posts

Does the government reward you for being a criminal, and punish you for hard work?

If you think about it; the government actually pays out money to people who commit crime (cost of locking people up etc), while, it takes money from people who work hard and don't commit crime (tax your wages).

So, should criminals be chopped up, minced, put in to burgers, and sold to the french? At least they'd contribute to the public purse! Or is there a better idea?

Locking them up would be a start.

Total stab in the dark here, but i'm pretty sure mincing them is against their human rights.

True, but with the Strasbourg backlog and with a counterclaim that the accusation of mincing was homophobic it would theoretically be possible to get them all shipped as pate au voleur before a definitive ruling was issued.
