I answered each individual question as well as I could, yet got the same Strength 1 as you. (Very Unlike Me was rarely my choice BTW) Hmmmmm.... That's what being unemployed does to people. To get them back into work often takes skillful handling and a lot of mentoring. A 'one-size-fits-all' approach simpy won't work with these people but there isnt the money to do it on a personal one-to-one basis. On the other hand, can we afford not to do it?
