Or can I take one out and just have a certain amount of cash on it, say with the Post Office? Want to sign-up to something, but my credit limited on my credit card is too high, if get scammed. So I am asking if can take out a pre-paid Master Card or Visa card in my own name and address, but not linked to my bank account, is this possible? Does the Post Office do something like this?
