Hotel Advice Needed

I am due to go away shortly on an all inclusive holiday abroad, but after reading recent reviews on trip advisor, a lot of people are complaint about sickness and dioreah whilst staying at this hotel.

 

I checked reviews when booking originally back end of last year and all was fine, but the reviews for the last week or so are looking a bit dodgy!!!

 

I'm a bit concerned about this given we are going in the next couple of weeks, can anyone give me any advice on if the holiday company would look into moving us or anything?

 

Obviously I will be giving them a ring after the bank hol, but just wondered if anyone else had been in a similar situation.
