Penny Quirk
Hello, I am trying to find a place on Google maps by using the co-ordinates picked up on a photographs on my mobile. I have followed several help pages on the subject, including Google's own help but still cannot seem to find the location. Can anyone help me please? It is for something I need for work. cgksheff
You need to be careful how you enter the coordinates. e.g. Sheffield Town Hall is at: 53.380333,-1.469918 In fact 53.3803,-1.4699 is still accurate enough. N53 22' 49", W1 28' 11" will work as well. Can you post the coordinates in whatever format that you have?
Penny Quirk
Hello, thank you for your help. I did try to reply to the private message but your inbox is full. I have worked out how to do it from your example above - the co-ordinates on my phone had shown them in a different format.
