Has anyone been on a similar excursion to this city (i.e. a large all male group looking for good nightlife) who could offer advice on where to go, how strict door policies are etc.? Mister M Posted May 21, 2013 Share Posted May 21, 2013 I've been to Barcelona for long weekends. It's a beautiful city, Sagrada Familia and the Gaudi Park are stunning. Have a good time!...But one word of advice - keep your wallets / purses well hidden at all times. Barcelona like a lot of tourist destinations are magnets for pickpockets and thieves. Make sure you go to the El Bosc de les Fades 'Hidden Fairy Bar' on the main street Ramblas. Dont be fooled by the name though.
