Theres only the 3G at Concord Sports Centre which is either one full size or 3 5-a-side. Unsure on the insurance issue though

What about the kicks pitches to the side of concord. As to insurance, if its a negligence claim against concord, then im sure they will be covered. If its a football related injury then you need you own insurance.

Kick pitches? The little kids ones with the hard astro type surface? They are council owned. If we are talking 11-a-side then Concord Sports Centre owns the 3G pitch which is caged off at the top of the park. The council own the grass pitches on the large park area and theres around 6 pitches although I think only 3 have posts up now. The best one is near the bottom end of the park.

Sheffield Parks should be insured if its caused due to the pitch but as you say, if its a bad tackle then comes down to personal insurance and a lot of clubs dont have it as you're talking £200-£300 per club per season, which is a lot nowadays. Personal insurance is a charity game could be hard to get hold of.
