If this was something that was brand new on the scene then I would forgive them with open arms, but for the past 10 years the crowd have bastardised the word garage. An example of this scenario is Gatecrasher being the music criteria for Trance Hotpants Music= Disco Urban Gorilla Music = Breaks or Techno Hustle Music = House The list goes on. Respect to Niche, it has put Sheffield on the map for the right and wrong reasons, however go outside of Sheffield and ask for a Niche record and some shop owners may look at you strange. I really don't agree that people who call it "niche" music dont understand what there actually listening too. I just think its a Sheffield thing and im sure that nobody would be stupid enough to ask for a "niche" tune in a differant city and even if they did if the shop specialised in speedgarage/4x4/bassline they would know exactley what Niche is and be happy to help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Yeah its still open was in there on saturday played sum wicked tunes, but too packed in there!! Yeah true she is better just playin upstairs when it hanky panky cus downstairs aint really for her! lol Thought the tunes were good early on though!
