stavros182
Delighted to announce that registration for the 2013 Abbey Dash is now open! The Abbey Dash is fast, flat, and perfect for beginners and PB smashers alike. The event will start on the 17th of November at 9.30am, and this year it will start from the site of the old International Pool on Little Queen Street. As well as being previously voted in Runner's World's top ten 10k races, the race raises much needed funds to help older people in Leeds and around the UK http://www.ageuk.org.uk/dash
