No it wouldn't. A decent web-designer would have it have it done in less than an hour. All that's needed is to change where the clock asks for the time. It just needs pointing at either a time-server or the web-server the site is based on.

I really don't see the point in there being a clock on there anyway! If I need to know the time, I look at my watch, or my phone, or the clock on the wall, or whatever. Why does it need to be there?

 

Aren't all of the news articles dated and timed anyway? That's not taken from your computer...is it?
