Sharrow Reels indy cinema! THIS SUNDAY!

Hi guys,

We're new to Sheffield Forum but not new to Sheffield so go easy!

Eight months ago we set up Sharrow Reels after an enthusiastic chat in the pub about how great it would be to have a friendly, local independent cinema night once a month showing great films and served up with great, fresh brewed coffee and home made cakes. The rules were - great atmosphere, great films, great value, no pretentious rubbish, no berets.

So far everything has gone well and we're now up to screening number 9 which will take place this Sunday (9th June), at our usual venue - Crowded House building (opposite Hatfield's Jaguar), Sharrow, Vale Road.

This month we're showing Goodbye, Lenin. Entry is £3 on the door and includes helping yourself to our great coffee/homemade cakes

Don't fancy Goodbye, Lenin? No problem - we like to mix things up and we know sometimes it won't be your thing so keep an eye on our facebook page(facebook.com/SharrowReels)/Twitter (@SharrwoReels) for all the latest goings on. So far we've ranged from Oscar winner Argo, to Wes Anderson's Moonrise Kingdom, Woody Allen's Annie Hall, Edward Scissorhands, The Artist, J J Abram's Super 8 and more!

Feel free to get involved, if there's a film you want to see let us know and we'll see what we can do.

Thanks, and hopefully we'l see you soon!
