With the welfare and NHS system why would you need to borrow money?

i been on benefit for a long time now and have never felt the need to borrow money. i dont need a 60" 3D smart TV, I ride my bike or use public transport for local journeys,

My 3 kids do with tesco/asda school unifrom and its cheap as chips, they dont need designer labels

If there is a problem with my car, i just google and youtube and repair it myself

Exactly. Preaches about people living within their means and freely admits that he receives state handouts. Smacking of mild hypocrasy?

Get rid of Wonga etc and desperate people will have to use the illegal loansharks. Payday loan firms are a necessary evil.

wonga and all its offshoots are legalised loan sharking the only difference being the loan sharks would send the lads round while Wonga etc send the Bailiff scum round legally

Good point. I think to get these loans you have to prove you have a job. Just goes to show that this unemployed lay about let's the state pay his way while those in low paying jobs struggle to an extent they have to go to these people :)

i'm not in favour of payday loan companies and believe their activities should be heavily controlled

but

genuine question - if it is acceptable for them to pay tv, radio, newspaper and internet companies for advertising space, why not football clubs? - they have them on perimeter advertising, why not on shirts?

is the argument that they should be banned from advertising all together? - if so, as they are not doing anything illegal, why so?

Tried quoting the genuine question, but can't.

All of your list are big countrywide type companies. It was answered in post 1 why they made the decision. Local club, and if it gets bad publicity they won't sell shirts. I can't see people cancelling their sky contracts, or stopping buying their daily paper because these companies advertise with them.
