theimposter
On Saturday 13th July Burly Q is going back to its roots with its most intimate and unique show to date. Dedicated to song and supper rooms, palaces of pleasure and the most rousing and risqué of theatrical traditions – the Great British Music Hall. Allow us to welcome you, ladies and gentlemen of leisure, to The Lantern Theatre; Sheffield’s oldest, and smallest, theatre. Built in 1893 and with a capacity of just 84 seats, we might not be able to promise smoking tobacco in the auditorium, but we can promise a fully licensed bar and some of the UK's most accomplished variety, burlesque and speciality acts. Starring: Shirley Windmill, Crimson Skye, Kiki Lovechild, and Josephine Shaker Plus gramophone 78's in the bar! Tickets £15 via http://www.burlyq.co.uk/Lantern.html
