Plain Talker Posted June 17, 2013 Share Posted June 17, 2013 Of course I'm talking about the driving test, as to why other 16 year olds cannot drive, I don't see any problem; as they do around the world. I believe that in some states in the USA you can drive at 14. True, Mr Meat Loaf told of his being taught to drive, and being authorised by the authorities to do so, at a young age (15?) due to living out in the Boondocks, under the grounds of exceptional hardship to him and his family, if he were not permitted to drive.
